Also, rpmlint doesn't always get it right so we can choose to ignore it, we just need to understand why it's ok. Removing %config is probably the right way to go, generally %config is only used for files the admin may need to edit. Also, I didn't worry about it this time but it's customary to bump the revision of the package when making adjustments to the spec file so it has a clear history.
