I just checked again, and it doesn't point to itself, here is what I have on a
newly installed system,

[deji@agape Desktop]$ ll /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/npwrapper.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 54 2007-06-08 10:40
/usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/npwrapper.so ->
../../../lib/nspluginwrapper/x86_64/linux/npwrapper.so

If you look at original spec file again, you'll see it,
cd %{buildroot}%{nslibdir}/%{name}/%{_arch}/%{_os}
and then,
ln -s npwrapper.so %{buildroot}%{nslibdir}/mozilla/plugins/npwrapper.so
