mock build log of ppl-0.9-6 on F-devel i386 (readline-devel added)

Still does not get compiled:
* BuildRequires
  - (As a workaround,) readline-devel is missing for BuildRequires

* Unneeded libtool .la archive
  - Please remove these (see the bottom of the build log)

* compilatin flags
  - Fedora specific compilation flags are not honored.
