- changelog maintainer name (full name)
- package description create from "The 5 principles of Standard Containers"
paragraph
- ExclusiveArch and BuildRequires updated (the same way as for runc)
- %license macro introduced, %copying removed (the same way as for runc)

This is driven by runc package and content of Godeps/Godeps.json file. It
contains a list of dependencies with corresponding commits. (Co)-Maintainer of
https://github.com/opencontainers/specs will not be aware of this unless he
coordinates with runc (co)-maintainer.
