Since recent fc24 the extension-dir is owned by gnome-shell itself and this is the needed requirement, for older releases gnome-shell-extension-common was the owner of the directory and therefore the required package. What's more since fc24 file-triggers exist, so there is no need for triggering the schema-compile manually in %postun and %posttrans any more (even if fedora-review spits out an error about this).
