Yes, please change it. I think that is why Mock had problems installing the
package during the review - at least I hope. Plus the guidelines explicitly
mention not to package header-only packages as noarch. Unfortunately, I don't
have enough experience with header-only packages to comment on the potential
pitfalls of using noarch, so I have to defer to the wisdom of others. :)
