It should be open, as it is a legitimate and unresolved issue. Someone with the right permissions please re-open it, and unassign it if necessary. A bug shouldn't be closed because the last person to own it was not able to resolve it (vs. someone deciding it isn't a legitimate issue, a.k.a.
