Update to 0.3.3. This should resolve all concerns about snapshot naming, since
it isn't one. And I don't think we'll need to use snapshots in the future, as
the main reason to do that was to bring the package into compliance with other
issues we ironed out in this review. So, I think this should be good to go --
it ends up being a fairly straightforward specfile.
