Is this allowed by the upstream project members and please pay attention and care to the respective copyright and license (GPLv3+)? I am not able to read the upstream documentation cause the font is not in my language knowledge. As far as I can see, this software is still in beta state. Why do you think it should be part of (stable) Fedora? Rawhide would not mean a problem but Fedora 22 what is currently in "code freeze". Fedora 21 should not get such a piece of software collection cause it is kept to be -really- stable. Short summary: I do not think this software is in a good state for now to get successfully packaged. Though, rawhide could be the only option.
