I've got a question to the upstream maintainer about licensing I'll note that fedora-review licensecheck.txt says: GPL (v2 or later) ----------------- spooky-c-1.0.0/ltmain.sh Unknown or generated -------------------- spooky-c-1.0.0/spooky-c.c spooky-c-1.0.0/spooky-c.h spooky-c-1.0.0/testspooky-c.c ...so the only file that's listed as GPLv2 is ltmain.sh which is generated by libtool.
