Maybe explain that this is a downgrade from kate5 to be usable with legacy kde4, and it therefore enforces some more dependencies with kdelibs4. SHOULD: License should be GPLv2 only, as we merge all three LGPLv2 LGPLv2+ and GPLv2+. But better ask at legal and it's up to you how to handle it. SHOULD: Why is there no license text in %files ?
