Since both bugs have dead links it's hard to compare. Here are updated links
for my spec and SRPM files:

Since mine uses the latest 1.10 upstream release I was able to take advantage
of a new build option that uses Eigen for the sparse matrix math and reduce the
number of dependencies -- the only downside is that this means more restrictive
licensing. See item 2 here for more info:

I don't have a strong opinion either way. Since this review is slightly more
up-to-date, I say go with this one.
