Wasn't point of comment #13 that the %{?_isa} was required?

[!]: Fully versioned dependency in subpackages if applicable.
     Note: No Requires: %{name}%{?_isa} = %{version}-%{release} in
     geoipupdate-cron

Yeah, I'm still thinking about that issue.  I didn't like having a separate
lastmod.pl script so I'm thinking of writing a Perl script that handles
everything.

I'll try to get it done this week.
