Well, personally I run a few F20 machines that I've not yet had time to update (and I'm still cringing at the thought of 'fedup' not handling /var filesystems correctly). And I know of a lot of web services (Apache, SpamAssassin, ProFTPD, Mimedefang, etc) which all have GeoIP-based plugins and use geoipupdate to fetch databases weekly.
