There is python-clufter package shipped in 7.1, but only as a subpackage of pcs (due to package listing dead-line), which is its exclusive user in that release (there is CLI part, what is now known as clufter-cli, installed as well, but not present on PATH, also because whole clufter thing carries the tech-preview status in 7.1) -- the library part of clufter keeps the same name in the new packaging scheme (retains the compatibility).
