There is code for Octave, C#, Java, Ruby bindings with related tests which can
be included in this SPEC file.
Some patches have been added by upstream maintainer for RPM packaging in Fedora
(http://sourceforge.net/p/sbml/libsbml/milestone/libSBML-5.11.0/).

Why ignore them?
