Yikes, wrong URLs. But I want to make an update anyway, so let me do this
first.

I reported build issues upstream [1, 2], and was advised to try cmake instead.
But cmake install things in different places, does not install egg-info, and is
in general more problematic than automake. I'll stay with automake for now.

LibSBML is generally usable, I'll later submit a program which uses it for
review, and it seems to work. This crash might be a test suite issue. I
disabled the tests for now, and will wait for the upstream response. They have
been very responsive, so hopefully this will get resolved quickly.
