https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1165629 Bug ID: 1165629 Summary: Review Request: perl-Getopt-Tabular - Table-driven argument parsing for Perl 5 Product: Fedora Version: rawhide Component: Package Review Severity: medium Assignee: nobody@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Reporter: cbm@xxxxxxxxx QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx CC: package-review@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Spec URL: https://github.com/cbm755/fedora-spec/blob/master/perl-Getopt-Tabular.spec SRPM URL: http://people.maths.ox.ac.uk/macdonald/fedora/perl-Getopt-Tabular-0.3-1.fc20.src.rpm Description: Getopt::Tabular is a Perl 5 module for table-driven argument parsing, vaguely inspired by John Ousterhout's Tk_ParseArgv. All you really need to do to use the package is set up a table describing all your command-line options, and call &GetOptions with three arguments: a reference to your option table, a reference to @ARGV (or something like it), and an optional third array reference (say, to @newARGV). &GetOptions will process all arguments in @ARGV, and copy any leftover arguments (i.e. those that are not options or arguments to some option) to the @newARGV array. (If the @newARGV argument is not supplied, GetOptions will replace @ARGV with the stripped-down argument list.) If there are any invalid options, GetOptions will print an error message and return 0. Fedora Account System Username: cbm This is dep for Biber, bug #1165620 I need sponsorship, but I'm not a perl user so I'm equally happy for perl people to take this one. koji: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=8180324 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
