The source URL should probably be something like:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/file/261868/privacy_badger-%{version}-fx.xpi

The draft specs seem to suggest that the xpi should be unpacked.  Does this
extension work if it's unpacked?

The FSF seems to thing that CC-BY is incompatible with the GPL [1].
