For the dependencies, fusionforge-web now depends on the php-simplepie and
php-nusoap packages.

The 'php-snoopy' code was replaced by php's curl.

I'm not sure if you request that all libraries we ship should be packaged even
if there's no matching fedora package. In particular, Graphite/Arc, which
handle RDF parsing, are shipped but not packaged anywhere AFAICS, and not
active, so there's no value in packaging them for Fedora. If you insist, we'll
just remove the plugins that depend on these from the packaging.
