This package is a bit controversial, because it basically bundles
sun.misc.Unsafe from JDK8. And it looks like it's not really needed in Fedora.
If I understand it correctly, it's only a build-time dependency of JRuby.
Upstream uses this JAR as a placeholder for JDK8's sun.misc.Unsafe class and
they build JRuby against it. Since Fedora 21+ comes with Java 8 (only),
wouldn't be easier to just remove this dependency from pom.xml file?
