IMHO, it's enough to support one way to compile binaries and build installers for a given target, so I don't see the point of supporting a less free and native-only alternative. What is more relevant for Fedora is that it is kinda silly to ship (in Fedora) support for things that we do not and cannot ship because they do not support GNU/Linux at all.
