I would suggest to use -tools instead of -bin that is more significant.
Then you can add a version and arched Requires from tools to the main (libs.)

Most tools are using generic names, this is a problem when installed into
/usr/bin/. I would suggest to move them into /usr/libexec/OpenMesh until less
generic names are found upstream.
At least for tools that might not be used by others packages.

Also missing are desktop files for GUI tools.
