Of course, this could be because rawhide is broken, I have launched a scratch
build in f21 just in case:

But I think that the cause are the redefitions of python2 macros you do in the
spec. I'm not sure if this is allowed by the guidelines, but I do not recommend
it. It makes the spec more difficult to understand. Remember that you can have
a different spec for each branch.
