I've patched the source to resolve the issue with "E: non-executable-script"
... turns out upstream put in a "__main__" section to output example text in
the event the library itself was ran which Fedora guidelines frown upon.

$ rpmlint
/var/lib/mock/fedora-rawhide-x86_64/result/python-texttable-0.8.1-4.fc22.noarch.rpm 
1 packages and 0 specfiles checked; 0 errors, 0 warnings.

$ rpmlint
