Thanks for the quick review! Wrt to your comments,

1. Since this is my first attempt at packaging a RPM, I based my work off
existing packages. This appears to be how python-cairocffi[0] does it. I don't
have a RHEL 7 ISO that I can use for testing right now, but IIRC it does indeed
have Python 3 available in the repositories?

2. Fixed.

4. Will get this done asap.
