I'll review other packages. 
Could you wait a little because it reviews?

This is a bug, I correct it. 
libvirtd.service had been done restarted before. 
Therefore, the connection of virt-manager cut and the error was displayed. 
Because it is unnecessary now, I'll delete it. 
Moreover, I check guideline about systemd.
