Looks like an lapack issue. Have you tried building a more recent lapack too?

Out of curiosity, why is it so painful? But you're right that if we need to
replace so many packages, we may as well bundle them with Julia -- and do not
try to get the package included into EPEL6, but keep it in Copr instead.
