That’s ppc32 not ppc64. Are you sure anybody ever builds Fedora packages on THAT? I can see on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures/PowerPC that it is possible to build ppc package, but do you really care that much about testing piglit on that? According to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Architectures Fedora officially supports only i686, x86_64, and armv7hl; all mentioned in that ExcludeArch are either secondary (s390x, ppc34) or non-existent at all (s390, ppc).
