All bundled libraires are excluded.

- add patch to have more configuration flags
- call Confiugre.pl with has-libatomic_ops

is a link to the new spec: moarvm_5.spec

The sha patch is already in the upstream of the moarvm git repository.

Moarvm now builds only with the 3rdparty software 'tinymt' and 'dyncall'. This
software is not part of Fedora.
