It's not going to be built until this is reviewed. If I build and tag it lots
of the rawhide build will break and that is unacceptable. 

So you need review the package based on the review process of the package, the
"buildable in rawhide" is a minor point. Or I can give you my local built rpms
and you can install them locally and test if you don't trust me.
