This package disables building the agent component by default since the Fedora
agent is incompatible with HDP stacks.

An HDP agent (e.g., on Centos 6) can be force-configured past various version
checks to interop with the Fedora server but the server will ultimately fail to
provision the agent host if it's manifest requires JDK 6.
