Have we followed up with the omniORB package owner to determine the best way to
avoid the conflicting files between the two packages? It just seems odd since
they share the same upstream.

Also, I think it's a bad idea, if not against the guidelines, to have
omniORBpy-libs and python-omniORB cross dependent on each other. Requires
should generally be one way, especially within one project. If the two are
really inseparable, then we shouldn't be breaking them into separate
sub-packages.
