Sorry, I copied that from something else, but I think I managed to confuse
myself as I was seeing downloads on RHEL6.  But I realised it was because
python-futures wasn't installed, so setup.py was looking for it and
downloading.  This isn't an issue on Fedora because the package is there as a
requirement.  I've filed [1] and made mention of this in the spec
