Ok, I thought about it and I think we still have two options...

1. omniORBpy for the libraries (Do we really have to append -libs?)
   omniORBpy-devel and
   python-omniORB (noarch)

OR

2. Like before, move the noarch stuff into /var/lib64 for x86_64 builds. There
should not be a guideline problem with this. IIRC, keeping the noarch bits with
a package that also has arch specific libraries is permissible. 

The only downside to this method is we will be duplicating the noarch files if
someone has both i686 and x86_64 packages installed.

I think I like option one better and would negate the need for the "realname"
macro.
