Just glancing at the spec it looks much better but I wonder if we should ask
the omniORB maintainer why there are files that conflict between the two
packages. 

Also, thinking about things a bit more (don't be mad at me!) we need to do one
of two things:

1. Go back to a separate libs package
2. Move the noarch stuff currently installing into /usr/lib into ${_libdir}.

The problem is you should be able to install both the i686 and x86_64 packages
at the same time, but if they're both dumping the noarch stuff into /usr/lib
then we have a conflict.
