I don't see the point of this package... 

By default fedora-release already uses a https metalink. (which is actually
better than a https baseurl). 

Additionally, dl.fedoraproject.org are the master mirrors. We don't want all
our users to go directly to them or it will cause them to get too much load and
be unable to answer. 

Can you explain what you are trying to do and perhaps we can figure out a
better way to do it.
