There are SEVEREST probles:

You are packaging unlicensed, uncopyrighted sources.

To formulate it into a devil's advocate argument: You are shipping unowned
sources, you or upstream probably have stolen somewhere, very likely from
Microsoft or SCO - Now prove this claim wrong!
