- Own the faketime directory
- Use optflags instead of RPM_OPT_FLAGS
- Ensure libraries are stripped
- Place libraries in non-system path. Should only be used explicitly

I deleted the doc files because those are identical to what we include using
%doc, but rpm gives warnings if the files are there already and the %doc macro
would overwrite the existing (identical) files.

It's just a few readme like files, not worth a separate -doc package.
