This is a problem with wcslib 4.20. 

I updated it a few days ago in Rawhide from wcslib 4.19. The output of one test
is slightly different in both versions. I have reported the problem to astropy
upstream. They will know if it is a problem with wcslib or with astropy

In the mean time, I have patched the code so that the problematic test passes.
