I will bump the revision if any new revisions are needed.  Otherwise it seems
silly to bump the revision for the sole purpose of bumping the revision. :)

I looked around a bit and couldn't find it.  Presumably it belongs in
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_Review_Process.  Of course, I also can't
figure out whether there's a process that needs to be done to edit the wiki or
whether I should just edit it myself.

(I'm duly impressed by the amount of attention that a fairly simple review
request has gotten.)
