Oh, good catch. I actually had not finished taking out QsLog. Done.

Well, the license tag specifies the license of the rpm, and GPLv2+ + GPLv3+ +
BSD result in GPLv3+. But I've specified these now explicitly.

The strange permissions stuff is spurious, it'll any case disappear upon import
to Fedora. Fixed.
