For /usr/bin/env python: There are four Python scripts. One is not installed and AFAICT unused (AFAICT) and the other three are explicitly bilingual, so I switched them to /usr/bin/python3 instead of /usr/bin/python. rpm now finds the dependency on /usr/bin/python3, so I dropped Requires: python. I've tested all three scripts for basic functionality under Python 3. In the process of doing this, I found a test suite. It's in %check now.
