License field needs to be GPLv3+ (not GPLv3).

rpmlint says (ignoring "spelling error" nonsense):

fedrepos.src:23: W: setup-not-quiet

This means you need to use %setup -q

fedrepos.src: W: invalid-url Source0:
https://github.com/mdbooth/fedrepos/releases/download/v0.2/fedrepos-0.2.tar.gz
HTTP Error 403: Forbidden

This URL works OK for me.  Not sure why rpmlint is complaining.

fedrepos.x86_64: E: no-binary

This seems to indicate that the package should be noarch.
