Shouldn't reviews that are stuck after a certain amount of time be closed?

I'm not aware of formal policies, but if the original submitter (Robert Scheck)
agrees this should be put out of the way. IMHO this is better than introducing
a package and then little time later deprecate it.

Robert, is this package still relevant after so much time without any upstream
activity?
