Regarding the licenses, no exception needed, all is MIT licensed. But the
tarball bundles some external stuff (wcwidth) which needs to be investigated.
The hash table tests don't go in the final packages, that's why I don't
consider it as bundled.

BTW, the *.src.rpm is broken, cannot be extracted properly.
