Are you sure the License: Public Domain is right here?

Looking at the copyright file:

Are you using/distributing any of the 'support files' ? 

I don't think public domain is really accurate for the "doesn't fall under 
any copyright" case either. 

Perhaps we should ping legal for thoughts on this?
