Requires:       perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_%(eval "`%{__perl} -V:version`"; echo
$version))

---> Isn't this obsoleted in recent Fedora-releases and el6?  I think it will
be needed on el5, only, but there are no other el5-specific bits, like
BuildRoot or rm -rf %{buildroot} inside your spec?!?

I'll take a review on this. :)
