- Subpackage for GNU barcode support

The GNU barcode package is no build requirement, that's why I've added it as an
extra runtime dependency through a supackage. Note, Kbarcode works without
that, but it is better than the built-in PostScript barcode creator.

Besides that, KBarcode can use the PDF417 library for generating barcodes. It
needs to be packaged (currently available from RPMsphere), I'll have a look at
it and submit a new review request soon.
