%ifarch is used here for building linpack64-subpkgs with support for 64Bit INT.
 Every subpkg, but the doc, carries just one or two files.  I don't know why to
add even more subpackages?

current %discription are ripped-off from LAPACK or BLAS.  I did this
intentionally to keep this in consistancy with them, because they more or less
come from the same family.
